Create ultra low cost mobile phone price points to leverage the rural penetration drive across all Idea circles 2. Enable the creation of the right sales & distribution model to drive business in this category Create and drive communication plan in various rural as well as urban market in coordination with partners for Brand preference and handset bundling product availability 1. Develop and execute a communication plan in co-ordination with handset partners to create the right joint budgets for optimal impact. 2. Innovate on media and communication mix for maximized impact. 3. Create brand salience in rural markets through joint working with alliance partners
Drive & ensure implementation of the PCO Business strategy across circles in order to achieve budgeted targets and increase market share especially through rural market visibility1. Drive the end to end implementation of PCO Business strategy focussing on evolving the right business model 2. Drive revenue market share of Idea PCO business to budgeted level of 300 crores nationally Lead and drive Direct Marketing activities in order to achieve budgeted revenue and maximise profitability 1. Drive budgeted revenues of INR 100 crores through various channels of outbound tele calling, inbound capture, auto-diallers, sms, etc. 2. Ensure campaigns with higher campaign lifetime revenue to maximize profitability 3. Promote a balanced mix of services to support all marketing functions like postpaid, prepaid, long distance, VAS, PCO, EBU, Roaming. 4.
