The fleet personnel executive will be responsible to assist the Fleet Manager in recruitment of seafarers to work on the ships. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining the required documentationas per the statutory rules.
The candidate must be dynamic with a "Can do" attitude. Must have a pleasing personality and a good salesman who can negotiate terms and conditions with the seafarers being employed.
